Who we are

This website is run by MKH Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). We serve clients across the U.S. and worldwide. You can reach us at hello@mkhtechnologies.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in:

• your name, email address and business name
• what you need and the details you share
• an optional budget range

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services that help run this site

• Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us. Formspree processes your submission under its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io.
• Google Fonts: your browser loads our typefaces from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
• Cloudflare runs the service behind our chat assistant and may keep standard logs, such as IP addresses and request times.
• Anthropic provides the AI model that writes the chat assistant’s replies.
• Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, pages requested and times.

Cookies and tracking

Our own code sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. We will update this policy before adding any analytics or other third-party tool.

Chat assistant and AI assessment

The chat assistant on this site is an AI. When you send it a message, the text of your conversation is sent to our chat service on Cloudflare, which passes it to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to write a reply. We do not ask for your name or contact details in the chat, and you should not share sensitive information in it. We do not store the conversation on our own servers. The providers may keep technical logs under their own policies.

The AI assessment runs in your browser. Nothing is sent until you choose to request the written assessment, and then your answers and contact details go to us through the same form service as our contact form.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our work with you. We delete them sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@mkhtechnologies.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
