Will AI replace my staff?
No. The goal is to take repetitive work off your team so they can focus on customers and higher-value work. People stay in charge of decisions and relationships.
Is our customer data safe?
We work inside your existing systems wherever possible, use the least access needed, and remove our access when the work ends. We’re happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
That’s why we test. Each workflow is checked against real-world cases before launch, and anything that reaches a customer is approved by a person first.
How do you choose between Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and other tools?
We start from what you already use (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM), what your data rules allow and what you need done, then recommend the fit. Sometimes it is the AI already inside a tool you pay for. Sometimes it is a separate assistant. We confirm current features and pricing before recommending anything.
Is the chat on this site an AI?
Yes. It answers questions about MKH and can point you to the right next step. It can be wrong, so please don’t share sensitive information in it. For anything important, use the contact form or email and a person will reply.
How much does it cost?
